When I talk about our Team, I talk about my father, Roberto Villares, Andréia, Cláudia, Monique and myself, Maria Cristina. The mission of leading this Team towards the best has been given to me. Are we perfect? No! Those who judge themselves perfect don’t learn and don’t grow.

We have had the courage of facing challenges and changing. Are we afraid? Yes, myself more than everyone else, but with the energy and companionship that this team transmits to me, we face this fear together and don’t accommodate or sell our soul, i.e., we always follow our ethical principles. We want to keep the tradition and get rid of the archaic.
